Service Center Jacksonville FL - Beach Blvd JOB SUMMARY Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for a Production Manager to provide daily supervision and direction to all production staff members, dispatch all work assignments to production personnel, ensure every teammate has a production forecast list for efficiency, monitor work quality and provide day-to-day feedback and coaching to technician staff. Production Managers will be required to ensure our center teammates are repairing vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in a manner consistent with Caliber’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), insurance partners and industry guidelines/standards.
